Setting up an account online is fast, easy and secure. Once you're ready all it takes is 10 minutes from start to finish.
Here's the information you'll need:
- Account Owner Information including address, social security number, date of birth (tax ID # and date of trust if a trust will be named as owner)
- Beneficiary Information including address, social security number, date of birth.
- Successor Account Owner Information including address, social security number, date of birth.
- Contribution Information if a transfer from your bank account will be requested you will need the type of account, name of financial institution, routing number and account number.
