Is there a cost for opening or maintaining an account?
There is no enrollment fee when opening an account. There is a $5 quarterly account maintenance fee. No separate checks are necessary, it will be automatically deducted from your account.

A program management fee is applied. The program management fee is at an annual rate of 0.60% of the average daily net assets of each Portfolio.

Each Portfolio will also indirectly bear its pro rata share of the fees and expenses of the underlying investment funds. Although these expenses and fees are not charged to Plan Accounts, they will reduce the investment returns realized by each Portfolio.
